how to fix sign issue on window 365

whenever i am trying sign in it is showing error can use 365 on website but whenever trying to login on app on window 11 it is showing no internet connection though the connection is stable. User's image

    Hi! Reinstall the app and that should solve it.

    1. Open Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Find Microsoft 365 > Click the 3 dots (●●●) > Uninstall > Restart your computer.
    2. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/account?lang=en-us > Sign in with your Microsoft account > Click on Subscriptions > Expand Microsoft 365 > Install Microsoft 365 apps.
    3. Install Microsoft 365 > Open Word or Excel > Sign in with your account again.
