    Hello margaret mendez,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

That something weird from Microsoft Defender since as I checked, it usually doesn't block any websites directly. So, before we proceed further, may I have a photo of what it says? Please remember to remove all personal information before posting.

    I'm waiting for your reply.

If you are experiencing a lockout on Facebook and receiving messages related to Microsoft Defender, it is important to note that Microsoft does not provide live customer support through unsolicited messages or pop-ups. This could be a sign of a scam.

To resolve the issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Restart your computer to close any problematic browser sessions.
    2. If the browser is stuck, you can use Alt + F4 to close it or open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) to end the browser process.
    3. Clear your browser's cache to prevent similar issues in the future. Instructions for clearing cache can be found in the support documentation for your specific browser.
    4. If you suspect that the message is part of a scam, you should contact Microsoft directly through their official support channels for assistance.

Make sure to initiate contact with Microsoft support rather than responding to unsolicited requests.
