PC Search Points Not Crediting – Daily Points Reduced from 210 to 120

Hello,

I am using Microsoft Bing Rewards. Previously, I was able to earn 60 points daily from the Bing mobile app and 90 points from PC search. In addition, I earned 60 points from other daily tasks.

So my total daily points were 210.

Now the issue is that the 90 points from PC search are no longer being credited. I am currently earning only 60 points from search and 60 points from other tasks, which makes the total 120 points per day.

I would like to know:

  1. Has the PC search points system changed?
  2. Or is there any limitation or issue with my account?

Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.

To add to the above, yes there has been a change that has been implemented for Microsoft Rewards and this includes being on Silver or Gold and you can go to your dashboard at https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/pointsbreakdown and check the information from there.
