The emails displayed at Outlook Classic are misconfigured lately. There is a huge spacing between the words and lines and everything is centered in the message.

Is there a way to make it look the way it was without loosing all the actual configurations?

If emails in Outlook Classic are displaying with excessive spacing between words and lines, it may be due to formatting issues or settings that have changed. Here are some steps you can take to potentially resolve this issue without losing your current configurations:

    1. Check Email Formatting: Ensure that the email is not using a specific format that causes the spacing. You can try switching the email format between HTML, Rich Text, and Plain Text to see if that resolves the issue.
    2. Adjust View Settings: Go to the View tab in Outlook and check the View Settings. Look for any filters or formatting options that might be affecting how emails are displayed.
    3. Reset View: You can reset the view to default settings. In the View tab, select Reset View. This will revert any customizations made to the view settings.
    4. Check for Add-ins: Sometimes add-ins can interfere with the display of emails. Disable any unnecessary add-ins and see if that resolves the issue.
    5. Update Outlook: Ensure that your Outlook is updated to the latest version, as updates can fix bugs and improve performance.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to consider more specific troubleshooting based on your Outlook version or consult Microsoft support for further assistance.
