We have a shared booking page setup so users can book the company vehicle.

The users can see the page and use it, and it works. BUT, it no longer shows up in the booking page for that account so I can't make changes to the booking page any longer.

How can the page still exist but I have no way to access it as an admin to change settings?

If I run Get-EXOMailbox -RecipientTypeDetails SchedulingMailbox

I do see the mailbox. I can log into the booking page and outlook for the account.

Everything about the account is perfectly normal, except that the booking page doesn't show up so that it can be edited.

Does anyone know of a solution or has anyone else had this happen to them?

    To answer the AI....

    1. Check Permissions: It is NOT a permissions issue.
    2. Access via Outlook: It doesn't show up in the Outlook booking section either.
    3. Use PowerShell: Powershell doesn't show anything off about the account.
    4. Clear Cache: 3 different browsers in both private and normal windows, cleared cache and logged out and back in, doesn't fix it.
    5. Contact Support: I have TRIED to contact support and it spins me in an endless loop that puts me back in the admin portal where there is no help except this forum.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue where the shared booking page is not visible for editing, despite it being functional for users. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Permissions: Ensure that your account has the necessary permissions to manage the booking page. Sometimes, permissions may change, and you might need to reassign them.
    2. Access via Outlook: Since you can log into the booking page and Outlook for the account, try accessing the booking page through the Microsoft 365 app launcher. Navigate to Bookings and see if the page appears under Shared booking pages.
    3. Use PowerShell: Since you can see the mailbox using the Get-EXOMailbox -RecipientTypeDetails SchedulingMailbox command, you might want to check if there are any specific settings or configurations that could be affecting visibility. You can also try using PowerShell to get more details about the mailbox settings.
    4. Clear Cache: Sometimes, browser cache issues can cause display problems. Clear your browser's cache or try accessing the page in a different browser or incognito mode.
    5. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They may have more tools available to diagnose the issue.

This situation can happen due to various reasons, including changes in settings or permissions, so it may require some investigation to resolve.
