Hi! You can click Cancel when the message to enter your passkey appears, and choose another authentication method, such as your account password, authenticator, or code via phone or email.

If you are trying to log in to an app, try logging in through your browser and see if your account is not blocked.

To reset your passkey for your Microsoft account, you will need to remove the orphaned passkey from your device or passkey authenticator if you are blocked from signing in. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Remove the Orphaned Passkey: Go to your device settings or the passkey authenticator app and delete the passkey that is causing issues.
    2. Re-register a New Passkey: After removing the orphaned passkey, you can register a new passkey by following the registration process for your device.

If you are unable to sign in due to the passkey issue, you may also need to create or reset your password as a backup method for account access. You can do this by going to your Microsoft account security settings and following the prompts to change or create a password.

This way, you can regain access to your account and manage your security settings effectively.
