Unable to delete broken Tenant, and always get redirected to it.

Hello,

In Manage tenants, I can see two tenants associated with my account. However, I’m unable to delete one of them — I keep receiving the error:

You do not have permissions to fetch details for tenant with ID

Error message: interaction_required (AADSTS5000225)

Even though the correct tenant is marked as default, I am always redirected to the problematic one.

Could you please help me remove or unlink this tenant from my account?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello Cristian Radu,

This issue will be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL and the tenant ID I have provided over the private messages tab:

    HTTP

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you accessed the portal through the tenant-scoped URL, the tenant became active again and you will be able to manage resources without further issues.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
