Hi there,
I have two personal Microsoft accounts. I want to consolidate all Microsoft Learn / Credentials records into one profile.
Preferred account to keep (primary): ******@outlook.com Secondary account (duplicate): ******@outlook.com
Issue: When I sign in to Microsoft Learn / Credentials, I would like to see all of my exam history/certifications under one account.
Please advise how to combine/consolidate my Microsoft Learn/Microsoft Credentials profile so that all certifications, exam history, and transcript are associated with ******@outlook.com going forward. I understand personal Microsoft accounts themselves cannot be merged.
Thank you in advance,
Abbey Doust

Hello,
Please see Credentials Support for more assistance with this concern, thank you!
Thanks. In my case both accounts are personal Microsoft accounts (@outlook.com): ******@outlook.com and ******@outlook.com. The guidance says profile merge works only when one profile has a personal login and the other does not. Since both are personal, can you confirm the correct support path to consolidate my Microsoft Credentials/certification transcript into ******@outlook.com? If this requires Microsoft Credentials Support or Pearson VUE account merge, please share the correct link/process.
To consolidate your Microsoft Learn and Credentials records into one profile, you can perform a profile merge. However, since you mentioned that both accounts are personal Microsoft accounts, please note that personal accounts themselves cannot be merged. You can only merge profiles if one of the profiles contains a personal Microsoft login account and the other does not.
Here are the steps you can follow to attempt the merge:
Keep in mind that merging profile data cannot be undone, so ensure you are ready to proceed with this action. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, you may want to contact Microsoft support for help with your specific situation.
