Regional Conundrum Regarding Microsoft Reward Features

Question

I am trying to stack up enough points to redeem a top tier gift card from a company called Roblox which requires 6750 points.

However , some features addressing the earning of these points are not working like my "Read News Article (30 Points)" as it cannot load the feed in my region which is the problem.

Neither do I have Gold or Silver Tiers in my dashboard mention so there arent any promises contrary to my hopes.

I need a full justification to account for this issue. Can any expert explain out of the box whats happening
