    Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that your bluetooth speaker stopped working. I'll do my best to help.

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

May I know if you can connect other bluetooth device on your computer? Are you getting any issue as well?

Please check and follow the steps below:

    1. Please turn off your devices (laptop and speaker) and wait for 5 minutes before turning back on. Check if the issue persists.
    2. Please press Windows key + R, type services.msc. Please find Bluetooth Support Service. Kindly right‑click and choose Restart. Please set Startup type to Automatic if it isn’t already.

Please check if the issue persists.

    Thanks,

    Tin

If your Bluetooth speaker is not working on Windows 11 and you are receiving the error message "This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE," you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Restart Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Devices, and ensure that Bluetooth is turned on. If it is on, try turning it off and then back on again.
    2. Check Power Supply: Ensure that your Bluetooth speaker is fully charged or has fresh batteries. Sometimes, low power can cause connectivity issues.
    3. Update Bluetooth Drivers: Open Device Manager, locate Bluetooth, right-click on your Bluetooth device, and select Update driver. You can also check for driver updates from the manufacturer's website.
    4. Uninstall and Reinstall the Device: In Device Manager, right-click on your Bluetooth device and select Uninstall device. Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.
    5. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
    6. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters, and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a deeper hardware or compatibility problem with your Bluetooth speaker or the Bluetooth adapter in your computer.
