May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?
Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)
May I know if you can connect other bluetooth device on your computer? Are you getting any issue as well?
Please check and follow the steps below:
- Please turn off your devices (laptop and speaker) and wait for 5 minutes before turning back on. Check if the issue persists.
- Please press Windows key + R, type
services.msc. Please find Bluetooth Support Service. Kindly right‑click and choose Restart. Please set Startup type to Automatic if it isn’t already.
