    Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you can't sign in to your account, and now you can't check your Billing to see why MS didn't receive your payment. No worries, I'll do my best to help. May I know what's the error message are you getting when trying to sign in your account? Have you tried to reset the browser or use other browser or device? Are you getting the same error?

    Will wait for your response.

    Thanks,

    Tin

If you're unable to receive a payment, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some common troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Payment Method: Ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If you are using a credit or debit card, confirm that the card details are correct and that there are no issues with your bank.
    2. Payment Processing Delay: Sometimes, there may be a delay in processing payments. If you recently made a payment, it might take 24 to 48 hours for it to reflect in your account.
    3. Outstanding Balances: If there are any outstanding balances on your account, it could prevent new payments from being processed. Make sure to clear any past-due amounts.
    4. Account Permissions: If you're part of a team or organization, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view payment details. You may need to contact your account administrator for assistance.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
