The above link (to three files ) will explain the on-going problem I've had for months and which I have repeatedly talked about with your chat line so-called experts without success. Also no success with paying $$$ to two usually reliable techies in PEI.

PLEASE explain how I can FIX this!

We cannot receive emails from many of our regular correspondents;

we cannot get our weekly news from The Economist or from our local Easter Graphic newspaper;

and we have have no idea how many (hundreds, thousands) of new people can't reach us when they want to. (This includes potential B&B customers!)
