How to fix if Word is still limiting me to 5 GB of storage and I have 1T of Cloud storage

Word will not save a document one drive because it says I do not have enough storage on the cloud. I have a 365 Personal account, and, in my account, I have used only 3.3 GB of storage.

    Hello

Does this happen to Word only, or also Excel, and /or when you go to www.onedrive.com?

If you go to your Microsoft account https://account.live.com > Services, is your plan currently active?

If you go to https://account.live.com and expand Microsft Storage section, can you share a screenshot of this?

If you're encountering an issue where Word indicates that you do not have enough storage on OneDrive despite having a 365 Personal account with 1 TB of cloud storage, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Check Storage Usage: Make sure that the storage reported in your OneDrive account is accurate. Sometimes, there may be discrepancies in how storage is reported. You can verify your storage usage by signing into your OneDrive account and checking the storage settings.
    2. File Size Limitations: Ensure that the document you are trying to save does not exceed the file size limits for OneDrive. While you have ample storage, individual files may still have size restrictions.
    3. OneDrive Sync Issues: There may be issues with the OneDrive sync app that could be causing this problem. Consider unlinking and relinking your OneDrive account or resetting the OneDrive app to resolve any configuration issues.
    4. Account Suspension: Ensure that your account is not suspended or facing any restrictions that could limit your storage access.
    5. Storage Limit Settings: In some cases, there might be specific storage limits set for your account. You can check this in the Microsoft 365 admin center if you have admin access, or contact support for assistance.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
