    Hi richard coury,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you would like to speak with a real person for help because it is difficult for you to explain the issue in writing and you need direct assistance using your computer.

Please make sure you already tried the Q&A Assist steps. In addition, please try the following.

To better understand and guide you correctly, I’d like to ask:

    1. What exactly is the issue you are facing on your computer?
    2. Which version of Windows are you using (Windows 10 or Windows 11)?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

    1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    2. Enter a short description of your issue, such as need to talk to a person for Windows help
    3. Scroll down and click Contact Support
    4. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    5. Select Products and Services, then choose right category
    6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser if available

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
