Can't login into my roblox account.

Whenever I try to go into my Roblox account (Roblox For Windows) It always tells me that my verification doesn't work. I really want to login into that account using my Microsoft account because I have a windows gift card that I want to spend with it. Thanks.

    What is exact error message that you're getting?

    Have you tried to access it directly from Roblox.com to check if you will be able to access it from there?

    Please go to https://roblox.com/

    If you were able to sign in to website, it means your account is good. Please make sure to use the same account in signing in to your app, if the issue persists, please reinstall the app.
