Unable to login as authenticator app is not showing notification after mobile change

Hi,
I am unable to login to my azure account. main issue is that I have linked my azure account with personal outlook account. this is causing an issue when signing in into my account. I have receintly changed my mobile phone and all account reset options are for work account so it is not working. please help.
