Hi,

I upgraded to the newest Microsoft 365 with AI today and I was attempting to take advantage of the offer of 99.99 for the first year. somehow I ended up with a 9.99 for the first month and 19.99 each month after. How can I fix this and take advantage of your 99.99 offer?

To resolve the issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription billing, you should contact Microsoft support directly. It seems that you may have inadvertently selected a different billing plan than the promotional offer you intended to take advantage of. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support Page: Go to the Microsoft support website.
    2. Sign In: Make sure you are signed in with your Microsoft account that has the subscription.
    3. Select the Product: Choose Microsoft 365 from the list of products.
    4. Contact Support: Look for options to chat with a support agent or request a call back. Explain your situation regarding the billing and the promotional offer you intended to use.

This will allow you to clarify your subscription details and potentially adjust your billing to reflect the correct promotional rate.
