It appears I may have two microsoft accounts that use the same phone number and are tied to two emails. I am getting major conflicts trying to get 365 to work. And I just purchased a new laptop and it already shows my work laptop somehow in the accounts page. I really need a live agent to speak to and help me clear this up because I keep going in circles.

To resolve conflicts with multiple Microsoft accounts, especially when they share the same phone number and are tied to different emails, it's best to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can follow these steps to reach a live agent:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent.
    6. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and provide the necessary information for them to contact you.

This should help you get the assistance you need to clear up the account conflicts and get Microsoft 365 working properly on your new laptop.
