    Dear @jim ramey,

Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

According to your description, I understand that you're looking to automate your email sending to about 2 emails per hour overnight.

To better understand your requirements and recommend the most suitable approach, could you please help clarify the following points?

    1. I noticed that you posted this under the Outlook on the web for Business tag. However, to ensure accuracy and to better understand your issue, I would like to kindly reconfirm the following. Can you please confirm type of account (Exchange or IMAP)? Are you using an Office 365, or a personal email service (like outlook.com) for your email? Also, are you accessing your email from the web or client app?
    2. Do you already have a predefined recipient list? If so, are you intending to send one email per recipient, or a single email to multiple recipients at once?
    3. Will the email content be the same for all recipients, or will it vary between recipients?
    4. Do you need to personalize or customize the email content (for example, using the recipient’s name or other unique details)?
    5. Who are the recipients? Are they users within the same domain/organization, or external recipients?
    6. Which sender identity do you plan to use for these emails?
      • Your personal mailbox
      • A shared mailbox
      • A distribution list

Kindly let me know your responses to the above questions, and feel free to share any other details you think might help us resolve the issue. I look forward to your reply and am here to assist further. Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your clarification.

To automate your emails to send approximately 2 emails per hour, you can use Microsoft Power Automate to create a recurring flow. Here’s a general approach:

    1. Create a new flow in Microsoft Power Automate.
    2. Set up a recurrence trigger: Choose how often you want the flow to run. For sending 2 emails per hour, you can set the frequency to every 30 minutes.
    3. Add actions to send emails: You can use the "Office 365 Outlook – Send an email" action to configure your email details. You can set up two actions to send two different emails during each flow execution.
    4. Schedule the flow: Make sure your flow is scheduled to run overnight or at the times you desire.

This setup will allow you to send emails automatically at the specified intervals, ensuring that you meet your requirement of sending approximately 2 emails per hour.
