Windows 11 Home OEM licence lost after hardware change. Can't contact help

Hey guys,

After a recent hardware change, my computer is now reporting that Windows is not activated.

This PC was purchased brand new with Windows 11 Home preinstalled and activated. I did not replace the motherboard, and Windows was previously activated without issue.

Since the change, Windows now shows: “We can’t activate Windows on this device because you don’t have a valid digital licence or product key.” Error code: 0x803FA067.

I have already attempted the following:

Ran the Windows Activation Troubleshooter (no resolution)

Retrieved the installed product key using ShowKeyPlus and attempted re-entry (fails)

Signed in with the Microsoft account originally used on this PC

Attempted phone and online activation using the Installation ID obtained via Command Prompt

When entering the Installation ID through Microsoft support, I receive the message: “We’re sorry, your installation ID was unable to be validated. You may close this window now.” No further support options are provided.

At this point, all self-service activation methods are exhausted. I cannot access live support via phone, chat, or email, and I am being prompted to purchase another copy of Windows despite having already paid for an OEM licence with this PC.

If ANYONE could please advise how this can be resolved I would really appreciate it.

Thank you.

    Hello,

Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

    slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!
