    Hello @Nkosana Dube,

It sounds like you're having a tough time with your quota allocation for Claude Opus models, especially since you've mentioned both 4.5 and now 4.6 versions. I understand how frustrating it can be to not hear back from support after submitting multiple quota requests. Here’s what you can consider doing:

    1. Verify Region Availability: First, make sure that the Sweden Central region supports the deployment of Claude Opus 4.6. Sometimes, specific models may not be available in certain regions due to capacity constraints.
    2. Check Quota Requirements: For Claude Opus models, particularly for your subscription type, confirm if there are any specific quota limits that apply. Keep in mind that only Enterprise and MCA-E subscriptions are eligible for using Claude models in Foundry, and you need to have the appropriate permissions to deploy these models.
    3. Submit a Quota Increase Request: If you haven't already, you can use the quota increase request form to apply for additional resources. Make sure to include details about your subscription and the specific model you need availability for. Here’s the link to the quota increase request form.
    4. Contact Support Directly: If you continue to experience issues, consider opening a support request through the Azure Support portal. Be specific about your needs and include previous attempts and requests you've made.
    5. Check for Role Permissions: Ensure that your account has the necessary roles assigned, like the Cognitive Services Contributor, which allows you to manage quota allocations more effectively.
    6. Patience with Response Times: Sometimes, it might take additional time for requests to be processed, especially during high-demand periods.

Hopefully, these steps help you move forward with your deployment! If you have any further questions or need clarification, feel free to ask!
