Hi I've subscribed to a MS Business Basic monthly which advised me once my free trial period was over I would be charged $10.80 per month. My first payment was just taken on the 3 February 2026 and I had have been charged 10% more eg $11.88. Can you advise why this has happened and if it is an error? I was not advised it had increased. I am in Perth, Western Australia. I was thinking of upgrading to Business Standard but wont if it will charge me more than I expected... Regards
Vida

The increase in your subscription charge from $10.80 to $11.88 could be due to several factors, including changes in pricing or taxes that may apply to your subscription in your region. It's also possible that there was a change in the license price since your initial subscription or that additional fees were applied.

If you believe this charge is incorrect or if you were not notified of a price increase, I recommend reviewing your invoice details and contacting Microsoft support for clarification on the billing. They can provide specific information regarding your account and any changes that may have occurred.

If you are considering upgrading to Business Standard, it's wise to check the current pricing and any potential fees that may apply to ensure it aligns with your budget.
