I have a Skytech computer, and I got it on my birthday, 7 months ago. The moment I got it, it had been already giving me a blue screen, I updated my driver's and everything, I factory resetted multiple times, but nothing has helped, and my temperature is perfectly fine, I have done a lot of research and still nothing has helped, so I gave up and decided to ignore it , one day, a month ago, my computer suddenly lost volume, and i couldn't hear anything, and i had my headphones connected to my Bluetooth and my monitors both have sound output, I went into the settings and I couldn't change it, it was grayed out, and it happened out of nowhere, I've done research and online and nothing. So i tried to fractory reset it AGAIN, but now when I try it gives me an error and tried finding solutions for this and nothing helped I've even tried using the shift and f12 method, and it doesn't even take me there, and now everytime I try to factory reset, when I open the settings it doesn't let me go in the reset tab, is there seriously anyway to fix this?

    Hi ,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

If the steps provided by the Q&A Assist do not help, you can perform an in-place upgrade:

As for the BSOD, if the issue is still available, please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.

It sounds like you're experiencing multiple issues with your Skytech computer, including persistent blue screens, audio problems, and difficulties with factory resetting. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot these issues:

    1. Blue Screen Errors: Blue screens can be caused by hardware or driver issues. Make sure all your drivers are up to date, especially graphics and chipset drivers. You can check for updates in the Device Manager.
    2. Audio Issues: If your audio settings are grayed out, it could be due to a driver issue or a conflict with your audio devices. Try the following:
      • Open Device Manager and check for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark. Update or reinstall the audio drivers.
      • Run the "Playing Audio" troubleshooter from the Settings app under System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
    3. Factory Reset Problems: If you're unable to access the reset option in Settings, you can try the following:
      • Use a recovery drive if you have one. You can create a recovery drive on another Windows 11 computer.
      • If you can't access the reset option through Settings, you might be able to initiate a reset from the Windows Recovery Environment. Restart your computer and repeatedly press F11 (or the appropriate key for your system) to access recovery options.
    4. General Maintenance: Since you've mentioned that the temperature is fine, ensure that your system is free of malware by running a full scan with Windows Security or a trusted antivirus program.

If these steps do not resolve your issues, you may need to consider reaching out to technical support for your computer or potentially looking into hardware diagnostics to check for any underlying issues.
