Help recover Microsoft Account (Primary Email Switched and Email too)

My microsoft account got hacked, and they switched my primary email and password and when I do the recover password thing it shows me the new email but redacted so I know they changed it but I can't access it, and I can't do the microsoft account recovery form because they changed the email so help me I can prove it my account by my name and other things.
