    Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you're unable to update your payment instrument to renew your subscription. May I know if you have tried to use other browser already? How about other device? Are you getting the same issue?

And in case it didn't help, you will be needing to reach the MS Accounts & Billing Support to check your account.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription that you will renew, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Home Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L

If you're having trouble renewing your Microsoft 365 family package with a different credit card, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check Card Details: Ensure that the credit card details you are entering (card number, expiration date, name, and billing address) are correct and match what is on file with your bank.
    2. Sufficient Funds: Confirm that there are sufficient funds available on the card you are trying to use.
    3. Card Issuer Restrictions: Contact your bank or credit card issuer to check if there are any restrictions or security measures that might be blocking the transaction.
    4. Payment Method Compatibility: Make sure that the payment method you are using is accepted in your region. Some regions may have specific requirements for payment methods.
    5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance. They can help you resolve payment issues related to your account.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the payment issue and regain access to your Microsoft Office services.
