One Note MSN Family: I CANNOT use the “SELECT” many words manually

Hello MSN One Note Team,

I have problems in One Note (Personal) in the iPad Air 4th generation. I cannot use the select a couple of words with the manual handle, it only select one word and then select all. I need to use the select manually with my hands as many words as I need.

I can use the select handles everywhere else, except for the One Note on the iPad. It is synch correctly, that is the only problem.
