To resolve the playback error you're experiencing with the Universal Media Player while trying to play the training video, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable, as streaming videos requires a reliable connection.
    2. Update Universal Media Player: Make sure that you have the latest version of the Universal Media Player installed. Check for updates in the Microsoft Store.
    3. Clear Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache of the media player can help resolve playback issues. You can do this by going into the settings of the player and finding the option to clear cache or data.
    4. Try a Different Browser: If you are accessing the video through a web browser, try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
    5. Check for Codec Issues: Ensure that the necessary codecs are installed on your system. You can configure Windows Media Player to download codecs automatically if needed.
    6. Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues with applications.
