I have lost access to my Microsoft 365 Global Admin account. Because of this, I am also unable to sign in to any other user accounts (<Mod remove PII> @khanpropertiesgroup.com) that were created or managed under this admin account.

At the moment, there is no accessible Global Admin for our tenant, and I am completely locked out of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. I would like your assistance to verify ownership of the tenant and help me regain administrative access or assign a new Global Admin account.

Please let me know what information or verification is required from my side (such as domain or billing details) to proceed with account recovery.

Thank you for your support.

    Dear @Masudur Khan,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry for the trouble you’re facing with losing access to your Global Admin account.

Please note that* this forum is a user‑to‑user community. Moderators here cannot access your tenant, cannot reset any admin password, and cannot verify ownership of a Microsoft 365 organization.*

In situations where the only Global Admin is locked out, Microsoft Support must handle the case directly, because it requires formal identity and tenant‑ownership verification, then you need to involve Microsoft data protection team.

Please try to find the related hotline number to call the frontline let them raise a ticket for you: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

In some countries, this is an automated conversation: First, when you call the hotline, they will ask you what kind of problem you are struggling with.

    Answer: Authenticator.

A: What products do you use?

    B: Office 365 for business.

    Verification: Education or company account?

    B: For companies

    A: Are you an administrator?

    B: Yes.

A: Are there any other administrators in your organization?

    B: No.

A: I need one.... Service request?

    B: Yes

If your organization's Office 365 Business/Education subscription is from a partner or reseller, and the global administrator is unable to open a service request on your end, contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you instead.

If you still cannot reach to agent, there is still a workaround, you might consider registering for a new tenant by signing up for a trial subscription via this link Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans | Microsoft. This would allow you to create a new tenant following the provided prompts. Once set up, you can access the admin console of the new tenant and submit a support ticket requesting to speak with the Data Protection team on behalf of your previous tenant.

Please remember to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any unintended charges.

I understand that this entire process can feel long and complicated, and I truly appreciate your patience while working through it. These steps are in place to protect the security of your account, so I hope you can understand why they are required. I sincerely hope you’ll be able to regain access to your account soon. If you need help at any point, or if you have any questions during the process, please feel free to reach out, I’m always here and happy to assist.

Thank you again for your understanding and patience.

To regain access to your Microsoft 365 Global Admin account, since you are currently locked out and there are no other accessible Global Admins in your tenant, you will need to contact Microsoft support directly. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft Data Protection Support: Since you are the only admin and cannot access the Admin Center, reach out to the Microsoft Data Protection team. You can do this by calling the customer service phone number for your region, which can be found on the Microsoft support page.
    2. Provide Verification Information: Be prepared to verify your identity and ownership of the tenant. This may include providing details such as your domain name, billing information, or any official business documentation that proves your association with the tenant.
    3. Follow the Support Process: Explain your situation clearly to the support agent, mentioning that you are locked out of your account and that there are no other Global Admins available. They will guide you through the recovery process.

If you encounter difficulties reaching support, an alternative method is to create a temporary trial tenant to submit a support ticket. This will allow you to access the support system and request assistance on behalf of your locked tenant.
