I'm tring to get access in MS outlook for mobile but it send me a number for authentication. For some reason i don't have no more the account on my mobile, so i cant use the authenticator app. suddenly i can not go in any other app. I ask a way to log in my account.

Thak you. Now I've found a way to get in MS with Google authenticator (sound a little bit crazy), it remember my accounts and help me to get into MS with 2 step verification. That's what a would like from ms auth. I will take you advice eventually next time (hope not so seldom).

Thanks for your update.

Please consider creating a secondary global administrator that is easily accessible from another device if possible. In the future if this issue happens again, you could use that Global Administrator account to reset the MFA of the affected account.
This could save you time than waiting for DataProtection team if this happens again.

In case you do not have access to Microsoft Authenticator (or simply it no longer has your account), please consult with your Administrator of your organization and ask them to follow this instruction to reset your Multifactor Authentication - allowing you to re-register again.

Unfortunately, only administrator could help you with this issue - especially if you are the member of the organization.

I hope this comment finds you well. I received your feedback that you are the administrator of the organization and you are losing access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center as well.

If you are the only Global Administrator - then you will need to follow either these steps:

1.Call to Microsoft Support team - please look for phone number matching with your country: Customer service support phone

2.If method 1 is not working, please follow this link to create a trial tenant: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-basic?msockid=3eb6980b5c6860e63a588d0c5d1761d6 - after that you will be able to access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center to raise the ticket - please mention that you are raising ticket on behalf of the affected tenant that you do not have access to. The support team will help you to create ticket on the affected tenant then later on the Microsoft Data Protection team will assist you.

Please note that this process will take more time than usual (7-14 working days) for your account to get access again as DataProtection is always overwhelmed with the number of tickets. As I am forum moderator, I do not have access to Microsoft internal system to assist or push this process to be quicker.
As this is peer-to-peer support forum, I am not able to provide further assistance from here, you might need to get help from DataProtection team as soon as possible - by contacting them via a trial tenant.

Please also cancel the trial subscription on the trial tenant, as it will be converted into paid subscription after 30 days.

Alternative Verification Method: When prompted for authentication, look for an option that says "I don’t have any of these" or a similar phrase. This may trigger an alternative recovery process.
Check Security Info: If you can sign in briefly, go to Microsoft Account Security and review your security information, including phone numbers and recovery emails. Remove anything that seems unfamiliar.
Contact Microsoft Support: If you are still unable to access your account, you may need to contact Microsoft Support for assistance. Explain that you cannot complete the two-factor authentication process and provide them with details about your account.
Reset MFA Settings: If you are the administrator of your account, you can reset the multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center. You may need to contact another admin if there are multiple admins in your organization.
Use a Backup Method: If you have set up other verification methods (like SMS or email), try using those to receive the authentication code instead of the Authenticator app.

These steps should help you regain access to your Outlook account without the Authenticator app.
