I cannot login to microsoft account on my Omen laptop

Hello,

I am having trouble logging in to my microsoft account on my laptop only.

My account is OK and I can login easily with my cellphone.

When i clicked login in home setting page, I entered the address, then I chose login with password (I have tried using other ways as well), after that the prompt ask me for my account password or windows hello PIN,

then i entered correctly and then suddenly failed

i tried to login via microsoft store but still cannot

I have tried:

• scannow, check health, restore health
• using wifi instead of ethernet (my internet works well)
• disable ipv6
• reset and repair store app
• changing account password and windows hello pin
• remove windows hello pin
• change service Microsoft account sign in assisstant to automatic and started it
• waiting for a day before trying to login again

What else can i try? i dont want to reinstall windows. This is so frustrating because i cannot download app from store and cannot use my word app properly.

delete NGC folder from C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft

restartpc . create new pin and proceed
