Can't buy anything Microsoft

I can't buy anything on Microsoft or related to it, it keeps saying the exact same thing in the pictures, all my cards are updated, i have money on them and nothing. I'm trying to get a Minecraft realm but to no avail. it's been like this for months please helpScreenshot 2026-02-06 233958
