Dear @ZACK GREEN,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
Thank you for the screenshot. From what I can see, the window you’re receiving does not match the standard SharePoint sign‑in experience. At the same time, I also notice that the account you are trying to use ends with @samcome.com, and the system currently treats it as a personal Microsoft account, not a work or school account.
Because of that, SharePoint is unable to sign you in properly. SharePoint sites can only be accessed with the organization’s work/school account that has been granted permission to that site.
To help narrow this down, could you check a couple of things:
Who provided the SharePoint link to you?
Was it shared by someone inside your organization, or from another tenant?
Have you ever logged into this same SharePoint site before using a different account?
If yes, the device/browser might still be holding that previous sign‑in session, and the wrong account is being used now.
To avoid the pop‑up you’re seeing, please try opening SharePoint directly from the official portal:
https://www.office.com > Sign in with your work/school account > SharePoint
If the site opens correctly here, then the issue is simply that your browser was trying to use the personal account for a SharePoint resource that requires an organizational account.
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If any part of this doesn’t match your situation, feel free to share the exact steps or how you received the link, I’ll be happy to help you sort it out.
Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.
Warm regards,
