Some internet providers may block access to certain websites or the download of some apps. Perhaps your internet provider has blocked them if the problem only occurs with these two apps.
- Try downloading another VPN, such as Hamachi or Radmin VPN, to test if the problem occurs with all VPNs.
- Try downloading the apps using a different internet connection:
- If you use Wi-Fi, disconnect the Wi-Fi from your computer and mobile phone > On your mobile phone, turn on Mobile Data and Hotspot to share your internet connection with your computer.
- If your computer is connected via a cable, disconnect the cable > Connect a USB cable between your mobile phone and computer > On your mobile phone, turn off Wi-Fi > Turn on Mobile Data > Look for the USB Tethering option to transfer internet from your mobile phone to your computer via USB cable.
