How Can I Speak To A Human About My Hacked Account?????????????????????????????????????

I have received an email from Microsoft stating my account email has been changed. How is this possible if the codes were sent to my email and the hacker cannot access my email.

How do I speak to A LIVE PERSON TO RESOLVE THIS????? The online support page just sends me in circles with no actual support. Since the hacker changed my original email address I cannot log in.

Why does Microsoft MAKE IT SO DIFFICULT TO RECOVER AN ACCOUNT I PAID FOR???????????????????????

    Log in to your personal Microsoft account on the https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

    In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile questions" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page (if requested), enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window opens in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond.
