I was using Microsoft planner with my Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

I still have the license but I realize since few days that I can't had any comment anymore.

When I try the comment doesn't appear and I have this message:

So, I ask if planner is still included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium because nothing has change in my organisation.

    Dear @Sebastien FIZANNE,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry that this sudden issue with Planner comments has disrupted your work. I understand how worrying it can feel when something that used to work normally suddenly stops.

To reassure you first: Microsoft Planner is still fully included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and nothing has been removed from your license. So, this isn’t a licensing loss.

What your screenshot shows is a different type of problem.

When you add a comment to a Planner task, the comment is not stored in Planner itself, it is actually written into the Microsoft 365 Group mailbox behind the Plan. This means Planner needs permission to write to the underlying Group/Exchange Online mailbox.

The message “Vous n’avez plus accès à ces données” indicates that your account has lost access to the Group or the mailbox where comments are saved, even though you can still see tasks.

To move forward, it would help to check which Group the Plan belongs to, and whether you can still open the corresponding Outlook Group. If you can access the tasks but cannot comment, the Group permissions are the likely cause.

If you’re not sure where the Plan is stored, or if this may come from a recent admin policy change, the safest next step is to have your administrator check the Group membership and mailbox status directly in Entra ID and Exchange Online.

If you need help finding your admin, please see: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you run into any issues while trying the steps, or if something still doesn’t feel quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. I’ll do my best to support you however I can.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,
