when I woke up yesterday, I noticed a charge for my xbox game pass through Microsoft but when I'm looking at my order history, and trying to get a refund it says my last charge was on the 21st and it's not allowing me to ask for a refund on it.

To request a refund for your Xbox Game Pass charge, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check the Refund Eligibility: Ensure that your purchase meets the criteria for a refund. Generally, refunds are available if the request is made within a specific time frame after purchase and if certain conditions are met regarding usage.
    2. Visit the Orders Page: Go to the Microsoft account's orders page at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/. Here, you can view your order history and check the details of your transactions.
    3. Request a Refund: If your order is eligible for a refund, you should see an option to request it. If you do not see the option for the charge on February 6th, it may be because it is not reflected in your order history or is outside the refund window.
    4. Contact Support: If you are unable to request a refund through the orders page, you may need to contact Microsoft Customer Support for assistance. They can help clarify the situation regarding the charge and assist with the refund process if applicable.

Keep in mind that refunds for subscriptions can sometimes be pro-rated based on usage, so the amount refunded may not be the full charge.
