    Hey there, Emma Coombs

Please can you sign into your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Once you have signed into your account, please click onto 'Manage' on the right-hand side of the subscription

You may see an option to upgrade, just like I can upgrade to pro.

If not, you would need to purchase a licence through the product page: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan

    Hi!

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

When you upgrade, you're purchasing a new subscription. Any remaining time on your Personal plan is converted at a partial rate and added as extra time to your Family plan. There is really now way to upgrade it without paying.

You can review your subscription details at https://account.microsoft.com/services, and check Microsoft’s official plans and pricing here for more details: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products
