Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

Please check the camera shutter or lens cover to see if it is still covering the camera.

What is the error that you are getting when you open the camera?

Have you tried restarting the machine?

If your built-in camera is not working on Windows 11, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check Function Keys: Look at the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard. If one has a camera icon, press that key or use Fn + that key to unlock the webcam.
    2. Privacy Slider: Ensure that there is no privacy slider on the camera lens that needs to be opened to access the webcam.
    3. Update Drivers: Visit the support page for your laptop on the manufacturer's website and download the latest version of the webcam drivers. Reinstall them to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Camera Settings: Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras to check if the camera is listed and enabled. You can also troubleshoot from this settings page.
    5. Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 is fully updated, as updates can sometimes resolve hardware issues.

If these steps do not resolve the problem, consider checking for any known issues with the camera in Windows 11 or contacting support for further assistance.
