The Online (Natural) voices stream speech in real time rather than generating audio locally. If there’s a delay in receiving the next segment of audio, playback can briefly pause before continuing. This can occur even when Edge is fully up to date and the device is working normally.
Here are some possible options as workarounds that you may find helpful:
1 - Switch to a local voice
2 - Use Immersive Reader
