My email was hacked 3 days ago, my recovery email was deleted from my account, and the verification code being sent to my number is not working! I cannot access my email, i have completed the recovery form several times with no help. I keep going in circles on your website, which is not helpful! I want to speak to a human! This is terrible customer service!

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If your email has been hacked and you are unable to recover it, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Account Recovery Form: Since your recovery email has been deleted, you should continue using the official Microsoft Account Recovery Form. Make sure to provide as much accurate information as possible, such as recent email subjects, folder names, and contacts you’ve emailed. This can help Microsoft verify your identity.
    2. Wait for Lockouts: If you have attempted the recovery process multiple times, you may be temporarily locked out. It’s important to wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again, as further attempts can reset the cooldown.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: While it can be frustrating, you can reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. You can do this by visiting the support page and selecting options related to account recovery. Depending on your region, you may have options for chat support or a callback.
    4. Check for Account Activity: If you regain access, review your account for any unauthorized changes or settings that may have been altered by the hacker.
    5. Secure Your Account: Once you regain access, immediately change your password to a strong, unique one and enable two-factor authentication again if possible.

Unfortunately, direct human support may not be readily available for every issue, but persistence in using the recovery form and contacting support is key.
