Bonjour,

Merci !

It seems that you are experiencing issues with a locked Microsoft account, particularly after changing the date of birth associated with a child account. When a child account is locked, it typically requires verification through a parent account to unlock it. Since you mentioned that the child account is no longer part of the family group and is now considered a parent account, this could be causing complications in the unlocking process.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Ensure Correct Information: Double-check that the date of birth and any other information you provided are correct and meet the requirements for a child account.
    2. Use the Parent Account: Since you still have access to the parent account, try to use it to manage the child account settings again. You may need to re-add the child account to the family group to regain control.
    3. Follow Recovery Steps: If the account remains locked, follow the standard Microsoft account recovery process. Ensure you are using the correct verification methods, such as receiving a code via text or email.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your account situation.

Unfortunately, without more specific context from Microsoft regarding account management, these general steps are the best course of action.
