how to solve this microsoft store issue error code : 0X80244022

i play minecraft but recently the the xbox live logo started spinning infinitely and no log in. so i deleted xbox and when i redownlaod i get that error and when i ask chatgpt it said delete gaming services so that we can check where the error is and i cant put that code here since it will be flagged by the bot . so anyone who knows how to fix this please do respond.
yes i have vpn but i dont use it now. no proxy server as well. and no suspicious apps downloaded last 5 days as well
