    Hi @Ismail Ayinla,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you very much for reaching out regarding the issue you are experiencing with your Microsoft service after payment.

To better assist you, could you please provide the following information?

    1. The Microsoft product or service you purchased (for example: Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business, etc.).
    2. Where the purchase was made (Microsoft website or a retailer).

Once I have this information, I’ll be better positioned to guide you through the next steps.

This issue may occur if the service has not yet been fully activated, the purchase was made under a different Microsoft account, the transaction is still pending or temporarily authorized by the bank, or the subscription was purchased through a third-party store that requires additional time to sync.

In the meantime, as I’m not yet aware of which steps you have already tried, I would like to recommend the following steps, which I hope will be helpful:

1/ Please sign out of all Microsoft applications and sign back in using the Microsoft account that was used to complete the payment.

2/ Check your subscription status based on your account type:

    • For personal accounts: Please sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and verify whether your subscription appears as Active under Services & Subscriptions.
    • For business or work accounts: If you are the Microsoft 365 administrator, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com), verify that the license has been purchased under Billing, and ensure it is assigned to your user account under Active users.

3/ If the subscription appears active but the application is still not working, please try restarting the application or your device, then sign in again.

Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation.

I'm looking forward to your response.

If your Microsoft 365 subscription is not working after payment and you've already tried several options, it may be best to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. Since the payment has been deducted, there could be an issue with your account or subscription status that needs to be resolved by their billing team.

Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check your subscription status: Log into your Microsoft account to verify that your subscription is active.
    2. Contact Microsoft Billing Support: You can reach out to them through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or use the support link provided in the context.
    3. Follow the prompts: When you contact support, make sure to describe your issue clearly and provide any relevant details about your payment.

Unfortunately, as this forum does not have access to your account details, contacting support is the best way to resolve this issue.
