Thank you very much for reaching out regarding the issue you are experiencing with your Microsoft service after payment.
To better assist you, could you please provide the following information?
- The Microsoft product or service you purchased (for example: Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business, etc.).
- Where the purchase was made (Microsoft website or a retailer).
Once I have this information, I’ll be better positioned to guide you through the next steps.
This issue may occur if the service has not yet been fully activated, the purchase was made under a different Microsoft account, the transaction is still pending or temporarily authorized by the bank, or the subscription was purchased through a third-party store that requires additional time to sync.
In the meantime, as I’m not yet aware of which steps you have already tried, I would like to recommend the following steps, which I hope will be helpful:
1/ Please sign out of all Microsoft applications and sign back in using the Microsoft account that was used to complete the payment.
2/ Check your subscription status based on your account type:
- For personal accounts: Please sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services and verify whether your subscription appears as Active under Services & Subscriptions.
- For business or work accounts: If you are the Microsoft 365 administrator, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com), verify that the license has been purchased under Billing, and ensure it is assigned to your user account under Active users.
3/ If the subscription appears active but the application is still not working, please try restarting the application or your device, then sign in again.
