Unblock MS Account, verification code not sent

While attempting to register MS Office H&B 2024 the MS account got locked. The verification code is not sent. Any advice appreciated.

I understand how frustrating it is when your Microsoft account gets locked and the verification code doesn’t arrive, especially when you’re trying to activate Office.

When the account is locked and no code is sent, the only way to unblock it is through Microsoft’s Account Recovery Form, because the verification system will not send codes until the lock is cleared.

If the form rejects your submission, wait 24 hours and try again with more accurate details.

If the form didn't help, please contact Microsoft support directly:

1. Go to Contact Us - Microsoft and sign in your account.
2. Type Recovery in the search box.
3. Click Get help and Select Contact Support.
4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Products and Services; and Recover account as Category
5. Click Confirm.
6. You can choose to chat with a support representative.
