This looks like a subscription sync issue between Microsoft Store and Solitaire. The subscription renewed but the app hasn't recognized it yet. Try these in order:
- Verify you're signed into the correct Microsoft account in Solitaire (Settings > Account).
- In Solitaire Settings, look for "Restore Purchases" or "Restore Premium" and tap it. Forces the app to recheck subscription status.
- If that doesn't work, reset the app: Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advanced options > Reset. Sign back in after.
- Last option: uninstall and reinstall from Microsoft Store, then sign in.
One of these should sync the subscription. If still not working after all steps, contact Microsoft Store support for account-level verification.
