I'm in a sign-in error loop. When I use the sign-in checker, it says that my personal email sign-in is working. However, when I sign in to my computer, I immediately get an error message: 0x80070422, so I do not have access to my personal emails, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, etc. If I try to sign in to any Microsoft product, it sends the same error message as above. Microsoft Teams, for example, asks me to sign in with my work email. I recently deleted my work email from Windows as I haven't worked for the company for many years. When I try to sign in with my work email to get help with signing in, the Microsoft message states 'The email or username you entered does not exist'. How do I stop Microsoft products from requiring a work email sign-in? I had my personal email account long before I received the work email account.

Hello Ramesh, thank you. I can now access my apps on my computer, but I have an issue with OneDrive. I have completed the setup of the new Teams download. I can access my emails and OneNote. However, for OneDrive, I have two cloud symbols on my app ribbon tray at the bottom of my screen. One symbol is white; when open, it is labelled OneDrive Personal, and I can see my files in the cloud. The other is blue with a line through it; when opened, it asks me to 're-enter credentials'. It asked me to sign in with my old company email. When I removed my old company email and signed in with my personal email, I got an accounts page that showed only my old company email and an option to add another account. When I tried to add my personal account, a window showing my OneDrive file system on my computer opened. However, the accounts page did not show my personal email account after I signed in with it. Further, there is an option in blue under my old work email to unlink the account from the computer. I did that, but now I have the same message as before when I tried to sign in to OneDrive: My email does not exist in tenant 'the name of a previous company' and cannot access the application OneDrive SyncEngine in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
By the way, the computer I am using is a clone of my old computer. Will I have to go through the same procedure I have followed from the beginning with that laptop? It seems to have all the same issues.
Hello Susan W,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I see that you are having issue signing in with the Microsoft Apps. Before we proceed further, may I know if you are able to log in to the Microsoft website?
Regarding Teams, the reasons of it might be that you are using the work version. In this case, can you please try to uninstall it and then download the free version in this link?
Additionally, can you please try to create another user profile to see if the issue happens there?
In the meantime, here is a few fix that you could try:

I followed the steps above. This was the result.
I contacted Microsoft Support and got a bot which said I need to go to help.microsoft.com. This is not helpful because the problem is complex.
