According to the minidumps, the errors are kernel-related, specifically Processor/Chipset issues. However, please check if you have the KB5074109 update installed.

Hi,

As most of the failures are related to the kernel and it is possible that there is a fault with the drivers or hardware, however, since KB5074109 is installed, this update presents some problems to users. I recommend initially uninstalling the KB and following the procedure below:

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Then perform a clean boot and if you want to uninstall applications that you do not use.

Then do a test for a period of 24 hours.

Hello Ivan,

I followed all the recommendations.

The sfc /scannow command didn't found any error.

The PC is booted using "Clean Boot". I let it running for a while and come back with news.

The Laptop hasn't crashed for few days 😊

I guess I now have to re-activate the services, one after the other, and see when crashes happen again. Is that right?

The PC crashed again. 1 time 4 days ago and 4 times yesterday! The error codes have changed (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). Here are the DUMPs:

The only change I made is to reactivate these 3 services at startup:

-        ScanToPCActivationApp.exe

-        RtkAudUService64.exe

Hi,

According to the minidumps, the error is with the DXR driver, possibly caused by the RtkAudUService64.exe service. If possible, try disabling the service.

Hii,

In this case, you will use DDU to remove the realtek driver

You can use DDU

DDU: https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/games/PC/guru3d/ddu/[Guru3D.com]-DDU.zip

Note: DDU is a third-party application to completely delete and reinstall the Sound driver.

After downloading, extract ddu to a folder.

Run the driver screen uninstaller.exe application, select Model tab, put Sound. After uninstalling the Realtek.

Click on the First option clean and reboot and wait for the process to finish.

After running DDU and install driver :

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

I disabled the RtkAudUService64.exe service but I have two new crashes, with new error codes: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and APC_INDEX_MISMATCH
