Cannot close my outlook account

I want to close my outlook.com account. I go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2272280 and click "Next". It shows a message "You need to leave your work organization". The "Go to my work organization" cannot login using my personal account.

I also try https://portal.azure.com/. However, I get "Sign-in failed Error code: interaction_required Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: <PII removed> Correlation ID:<PII removed>

Please help me. Thanks!

    Hello

    If you have followed the portal link to leave and hit that error message, unfortunately this is an issue you won't be able to fix on your end and it is something Microsoft needs to fix. I am sorry, but there's no ETA information regarding this issue at the moment.
