Not receiving any emails from @gmail accounts

I never receive emails from anyone sending from @gmail account

Whether it’s a new email, a response, a forwarded email… if it comes from @gmail, I do not receive it. It is not in my junk or deleted folder. I know I am in the email as others can see it was sent to me, but I do not receive it.

Is there something I have to do to ensure I receive the emails? Or a setting I have to change?

I wonder if you might have some inbox rule that blocks the entire gmail.com domain.

Make sure you do this on a computer, not on smartphone or tablet. Go to https://www.outlook.com and log in, click on the gear icon on the top right to launch the settings.

Then, on the Mail tab, go to Rules. Are there any rules set up here? If yes, delete them all.

Then check the conditional format, again, if it's there, delete it.

Also, if you check your outlook.com address on your iPhone (since you chose the iOS tag), you might want to go to your iPhone's own blocked contacts settings to see if any gmail block is listed there too.

If you are not receiving any emails from @gmail accounts, there are a few things you can check:

    1. Email Rules: Ensure that there are no rules set up in your Outlook that might be diverting emails from @gmail addresses to another folder or deleting them. Sometimes, rules can be set up inadvertently.
    2. Blocked Senders: Double-check your blocked senders list to confirm that no @gmail addresses are mistakenly blocked.
    3. Junk Email Folder: Although you mentioned that emails are not in your junk or deleted folder, it's worth checking again to ensure that they are not being misclassified.
    4. Email Filters: Make sure that your email filters are not set in a way that would prevent @gmail emails from reaching your inbox.
    5. Mail Forwarding: If you have any mail forwarding rules set up, verify that they are configured correctly and not affecting the delivery of @gmail emails.
    6. Server-Side Synchronization: If you are using server-side synchronization with Gmail, ensure that your configuration is correct, including the use of the correct ports and settings as outlined in the documentation.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
