    Hi @Lynn Drogs,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand you received an email confirming that your paid Microsoft 365 subscription was renewed, but the subscription is not appearing in your account.

Here are some ways to confirm your subscription status:

    1. Confirm you’re signed in with the correct account

Many customers have more than one Microsoft identity, for example:

    • A personal Microsoft account (@outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com)
    • A work or school account (organization / Entra ID)

Sometimes both accounts can share the same email alias, which makes it easy to sign in to the wrong one.

Please check which inbox received the renewal email, then sign in using that same address:

    2. If this is a work subscription: check license assignment

If you are not an admin, please ask your IT administrator to verify the following:

A subscription can be active at the tenant level, but the license may not be assigned to your user yet.

Your admin can review this here:

Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Users > Active users > select your name > Licenses and apps > Ensure your product (e.g., Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3/E5, Copilot for Microsoft 365, etc.) is checked and click Save.

After the license is assigned, please sign out and sign back in to both web apps and desktop apps. (Propagation may take a few minutes.)
